Who we are

Trigon Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company no. 12295541, and based in Newbury, Berkshire.

What we collect

When you use one of our enquiry forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the project details you give us.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide your Budget Check or other service.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Formspree receives our form submissions and passes them to us by email. Formspree may store data outside the UK, under safeguards required by UK data protection law.

Google provides our advertising and analytics. Google may record how you arrived at and used this site, such as which ad you clicked and whether you sent an enquiry.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not go ahead, we delete your details after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we need them for the work and our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• see the information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information
• restrict or object to how we use it
• give you a copy in a format you can take elsewhere

We will reply within one month.

Cookies

We use Google Ads cookies to measure how our adverts perform. We only set them if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
